The mission of BSA is to help the Seller sell their business and the Buyer to buy their business in a professional manner. The buy/sell process is a system that requires sound communication from beginning to end. Finding common ground with prospect’s attorneys and accountants is essential in facilitating a successful sale. BSA monitors the buy/sell phases and makes sure the process moves as smoothly as possible. We are dedicated to this process.


Business brokering is an individual business in the sense that each broker has his own individual way of doing business. All brokers are not professional. For years, BSA has a relied upon a solid system for selling a business, one that finds a qualified buyer to purchase a business.

My name is Burton Sklaroff. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I’ve been a business broker for over 25 years. I am a member of the MABBA, the Mid-Atlantic Business Broker’s Association, and IBBA, the International Business Brokers Association.

Both organizations have a professional standard of conducting business, which we at Burton Sklaroff & Associates subscribe to. I have sold many types of businesses such as diners, pizza shops, auto repair businesses, home health case care, bakeries, beer distributors, and gyms to name just a few.

My many years in business brokering permit me to evaluate, manage and negotiate the selling process smoothly for sellers and buyers alike. I am always ready to do this for you.
